Thank you for giving me my purpose to Live Intentionally
WOW !!! Simone Phillips your book was indeed captivating and intriguing. I honestly felt like i was part of a movie cast. As i reflect on what i read i came up with this ….. “Seeing yourself through GOD’s eyes” Psalm 149:14 I will praise you for i am fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of GOD. JESUS has used you as an instrument to encourage and uplift his children. It has taught me to persevere and to stay on the path of righteousness no matter what challenges i may face. GOD has a great plan and purpose for our lives. It doesn’t matter how you start it matters how you finish. Victoriously we shall end !!! Thank you GOD’S GIRL for sharing your story it took courage and determination and in due season you will reap what you have sown.
One of the greatest characteristics one should posses is a teachable heart. What is so amazing with this book is that Simone’s teachable spirit has given ability and opportunity to reset and gave life a purpose.. When you read her life story events and situations, these were the vehicle God used to redirect and to teach us valuable lessons in- order to become who God has intended. Millions of people in this world live without taking a moment to learn or listen to what God is saying through circumstances. I’m so proud of you Simone because not everyone is able to turn their lives mess into a message. This book is a great reminder that whether you are aware or not, your life is as a result of your choices.. The Bible said choose life or death, blessing or curse..i tell you this book gives you great inspiration to turn your bad choices and reset your life at any given point. Millions of people have gone more than and more intense 11 years of nappies and never learnt anything and have changed nothing.. Congratulations Simone. This is a great piece of work. It’s definitely predestined to touch many lives..
Finished it in one go!
I was intentional when I decided to seclude myself from outside distractions, including my kids to start reading. Lo and behold I couldn’t put the book down for more then 5min, because what I discovered was just for me. My light bulbs has certainly been switched on again, to live my with intention. Thank you Simone and Robert for sharing your life’s stories so unwavering. Be Blessed.
LIFE CHANGING..... that is who you are to me
WOW!!!! completely blown away….. I’m not much of a reader (My kids must never see this hahahahah) But this book had me wanting to now more an more. I mite not be married but there is so much I could relate to as a mom, being the second elders of 7 yep 7 siblings and not having a close relationship with any of them (breaks my heart). My mom worked extra hard for us as a single parent, I guess that was her love langue. My mom is late now, an I don’t ever remember her saying I LOVE YOU to me or any of my siblings. But there is nothing she would not have done for us. I appreciate the fact that my kids can say I LOVE YOU….. an hear it constantly.
Thank God I got to meet you when I did, hahahha some people will call it stalking. But I’m way more confident, in who I am to myself, my kids and the people that matter to me. You have taught me its NEVER TO LATE!!!! An rock my scars with pride can be so awesomely freeing. Love an appreciate you always
A traumatic childhood could have gotten her the label of “troubled teen”.
A dysfunctional home may have branded her “the black sheep”.
“Unlucky in love” is what some may have called her because of a rocky relationship.
But in this gripping memoir, Simone Phillips peels off every label, as she tells her story of emancipation and courage.
After 11 years of what seemed like a never ending stream of nappy changing and buying (also known as motherhood), Simone is telling HER story.
